Join me on Saturday, May 2nd, from 8am - noon for a local birth class in Fremont! Flatlands Spine and Rehab is holding space for me to teach up to 6 couples most everything you need to know for childbirth and postpartum education. The class includes 4 hours of instruction, videos, demos and games. Balls are provided and you will receive a 50% discount on my 42 page birth guide.* $100 per couple. Registration deadline is April 29th or until class is full.
