Join me on Saturday, February 7th, for a local birth class in Fremont! Flatlands Spine and Rehab is holding space for me to teach up to 6 couples most everything you need to know for childbirth and postpartum education. The class will include 4 hours of intensive instruction, videos, demos and games. Balls are provided and you will take home my own 42 page birth guide (a $75 value). $100 per couple. Registration deadline is February 4th or until class is full.
